Dr. Ule Pfeiffer, LL.M. is a lawyer with extensive experience advising companies on contract and commercial law issues. A particular focus of his work lies in the legal support of complex transactions and financing rounds. He advises national and international clients on corporate financing matters. In addition, he provides strategic support to companies in the design and implementation of commercial legal decisions. Dr. Pfeiffer has many years of experience in leading commercial law firms and in senior positions in companies. This combination enables him to have a profound understanding of commercial legal contexts as well as strategic and operational decisions in an international context.

Career
Dr. Ule Pfeiffer studied law in Marburg, Aberdeen (Scotland), and Leipzig, where he completed his first state examination in law.

This was followed by his legal clerkship in Hamburg with stations including nbs partners Partnerschaftsgesellschaft mbB and the Authority for Economy, Transport and Innovation. Since June 2025, Dr. Ule Pfeiffer has been strengthening the team at MANGAL LEGAL.

Doctorate
Dr. Pfeiffer earned his doctorate in international economic law at the Christian-Albrechts-University of Kiel.
