We advise our clients on commercial and trade law issues, taking into account the specifics of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), Incoterms and the interpretation of agency and distributor agreements. Dr. Wajma Mangal has already worked on the specifics of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) in her dissertation in 2015 and has been able to apply this knowledge in various mandates in cross-border litigation.
